Walk or Run - Fit Factory!
You will be competing against those in your gym to see who can achieve the most miles in one month. You can count your daily steps if you are tracking them on a fitness tracker, but do your best to CHALLENGE yourself to go above and beyond by adding a walk after dinner or an extra weekend stroll!! Walk or Run - All Others!
This is a CHALLENGE, so whatever you do, kick it up a notch and really CHALLENGE yourself! If you walk, try running some. If you walk once a day, add an after dinner stroll. Walking is great for overall health and well-being, so have fun and at the same time boost awareness for those families who are working through crisis situations in our area!!
